4X4 CLUB INFORMATION

A Club Stand is allowed up to 20 metres wide
Club displays must be in position by 9am each day and remain in position until 5pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday. All stand participants must adhere to this rule. If this is not possible please do not apply for a Club Stand.
Showcase a maximum of 7 display vehicles per Club
Showcase a minimum of 3 display vehicles per Club
Book up to 14 adult weekend passes per Club (over 16 years old)
Camping on the Club pitches is for a maximum of 3 nights.
3 caravans are allowed per Club (For Fire Safety reasons)
A maximum of 30 people (including children) are allowed on each stand.
Clean showers and toilets nearby
Clubs will be asked to pay a £100 non-refundable deposit when booking their pitch. The deposit is repaid when you make the full payment.
Camping rules apply to Club members, these can be seen on the Camping Page
Club forms and payments must all be sent to the organisers by May 1st 2023. There will be no late additions after this date.
No e-scooters are to be used on the premises.
